HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORKS ?

- If you used your Fire design on a fire :

Please contact us by phone (+33148 86 68 60) or e-mail (sav@fire-design.fr)and give us the serial number and, if possible, the date and place of purchase.

Then, just send us your device or get it back to the closest retailer.
We refill your Fire design quickly and send it back to you with no overcost.
Your warranty will the continue until its 10 years.

- You want an extra refill :

Every extra refill will cost you 15 euros (21 USD).

- You wish to get your Fire design verified :

During the 10 years warranty period, you can give us your Fire design for a check any time.
